The room felt spacious and well-appointed, featuring a clean bathroom and cozy bedding that made resting a breeze. Conveniently located near the town, it made accessing local bars and restaurants effortless.

Getting into the building was a bit troublesome, with no one responding to the doorbell initially, leading to a couple of unnecessary waits. The absence of cooking facilities, despite a well-equipped kitchen area, was disappointing, and the railway's occasional loud rumble might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Our stay was exceptional! Catherine and James welcomed us like family. The well-appointed room offered all the amenities needed, including delicious teas and sweets. The breakfast selection was wonderful, especially the cheesy scrambled eggs. We felt at home here and can't wait to return!

the atholl villa guest house was super comfy n clean. the owners were really friendly n helpful too, we felt welcomed the moment we arrived. the breakfast was a highlight, great choices and cooked well. the location is perfect, close to downtown n easy to walk around. our room was nice with good amenities, we def plan to come back!

the shower had low water pressure which was kinda annoying. also, the bathroom was a bit tiny but we weren't planning on a dance party in there anyway lol.

Just a bit noisy from the street sometimes.

The family room we had was just incredible, double bed and two twins. The garden outside? Seriously, it’s the best on the whole street.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

During my stay, I loved the short stroll to both the beautiful Pitlochry Institute Park just a few steps away and the fascinating Blair Athol Distillery less than a 15-minute walk from the hotel, making it so convenient for exploring the area and soaking in the local landmarks.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi in rooms, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. The staff once helped me with heavy baggage, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a great stay!

Absolutely loved the fresh decor! My room was newly refurbished and beautifully done. The only downside was the heating—it could have been a bit warmer for my little one. a lovely stay! 😊
